Product Knowhow |
Fine deposits & foreign materials cause clogging of Forming Fabrics, Wet Press Felt, Dryer Felts and Dryer Screens. Fine deposits could be of Organic or Inorganic nature. This eventually results in poor drainage, reduced production, lower felt file, higher energy costs and inferior quality of paper. As a consequence the following problems in general are encountered:
- Poor Sheet Quality caused by uneven moisture
- Crushing caused by loss of Felt Porosity
- Increase in Sheet Breaks
- Reduced Machine efficiency
- Higher Steam consumption
- Uneven Sheet moisture & cockling in Paper
- Higher wear & tear of Machine Fabrics
In order to overcome the above problems the “CON-TROL” FABCLEAN Is developed as a general purpose fabric cleaning chemical well sited for cleaning of paper machine clothing such as Wire, Press Felt, Dryer Felts and Dryer Screens. |
Properties |
“CON-TROL” FABCLEAN is a chemical consisting of dispersants, surfactants and emulsifiers and smoothly dislodges the clogged particles and removes the dirt & chocked material without any adverse effect on the Fabric. |
