"CON-TROL" DF-2002 is a selective defoamer for pulp & paper industry, suitable for use at various stages of pulp mill and paper making operations, where very effective control of foam is required. It can also be used at Effluent Treatment plants for better control of foam.

“CON-TROL” DF–2002 is fatty acids and organic liquids based balanced formulation. It is highly effective in wide pH conditions ranging from alkaline to neutral to acidic. "CON-TROL" DF-2002 is easily dispersible in water, producing milky emulation of good stability.

“CON-TROL” DF-2002 can be used as such or after diluting with water to a desired strength up to 1% or so, for addition at points where control of foam is required.

“CON-TROL” DF-2002 has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of its manufacture when stored in properly closed container away from heat and moisture.

The dosage of “CON-TROL” DF-2002 normally varies between 0.1 to 0.2 kg per ton of raw material, use of other chemicals and their quantities, circulation of backwater etc. apart from individual mill's plant variables and operating conditions, which may further influence to increase or decrease the normal dose level.

The stability of diluted solutions will depend uponn its strength. Diluted solutions should be consumed within 6 to 8 hours. In our endeavour to improve the product above specification can change without prior intimation.
