“CON-TROL” DE-INK is an effective De-inking chemical specifically formulated to work in alkaline & neutral pulping systems. It loosens the ink particles bonded to the paper surface and penetrates through ink mass to help its disintegration into fines.
Properties
“CON-TROL” DE-INK is formulated to work in neutral & alkaline pH. Considering the fact that some grades of waste paper require harsh treatment, it disintegrates and disperses the ink into fine particles which are then loosened off from fiber surface with the help of agitation. It can be washed out or removed by way of floatation.

Application
“CON-TROL” DE-INK is to be used at the rate of 0.2% to 0.5%, depending on the quality of waste paper, directly in the pulper along with other chemicals such as Caustic Soda and Sodium Silicate. Optimum results can be obtained at a temperature of 50 to 60 ºC.
