In order to protect environment the use of Waste Paper has expanded quite rapidly in various fields such as News Paper, Writing & Printing and Tissue Papers etc. In recent years, not only old newsprint but also printed fine grades of paper are being used as main raw material for de-inked pulp. With latest developments in printing industry it has become extremely important to look for effective deinking chemical which can effectively disperse ink from these raw materials. “CON-TROL”DI’L’ is an effective deinking chemical specifically formulated to work in alkaline & neutral pulping conditions. It loosens the ink particle bonded to the paper surface and penetrates through ink mass to help its disintegration.

“CON-TROL”DI’L’ is formulated to work in neutral & alkaline pH conditions considering the advantage of pulping of waste paper which requires harsh treatment. It disintegrates and disperses the ink into finer particles which are then loosened off from fiber surface with the help of agitation & mechanical treatment.

“CON-TROL”DI’L’ is to be used at the of 0.2% to 0.5% , depending on Quality of Waste Paper, directly in pulper along with other chemicals such as Caustic Soda & Sodium Silicate. Optimum results can be obtained at a Temperature of 50 to 60 degree Celcius and retention of nearly Two Hours.

The product has a very good shelf life. It should be stored in a covered, dry area and under no circumstances should be stored under direct sunlight.
