Product Knowhow

“CON-TROL” Excel is an effective Fatty Acid based de-inking chemical. It loosens ink from waste paper efficiently, separates and disperses it for ultimate removal by floatation/wash type de-inking systems. “CON-TROL” Excel is free from hazardous & strong solvents and does not affect adversely the quality of effluent, thereby does not pose ecological problems. Product is designed to work in wide range of pulping conditions, like neutral to alkaline pH, low to high consistency, 40 to 70°C temperature etc.

Properties

When added at the pulping stage, “CON-TROL” Excel dissolves in the aqueous system and effectively reduces the binding of ink particle with the fiber. The special ingredients of the product remove the ink particles and disperse them, preventing their redeposition on the fiber. The incorporated collector in the product carries the ink particles for removal under employed process of floatation/washing.
