"CON-TROL"SUPERSIZE-50 is a specially modified fortified rosin soap size with higher active ingredient content for internal sizing of various grades of paper in acidic pH condition.

"CON-TROL" SUPERSIZE-50 forms aluminium-resinate when it comes in contact with aluminium joins derived from the dissociation of alum / PAC used for adjusting the required acidic pH of the pulp slurry. This aluminium-resinate gets adsorbed on the surface of fibers and imparts water repellency to the formed paper. Other specially developed constituents of "CON-TROL" SUPERSIZE-50 improve & enhance the hydrophobic property of the resultant paper.

"CON-TROL" SUPERSIZE-50 may be used as such or in diluted form up to ratio 1:4 with water. Dilution ratio should be reduced in case diluted solution turns milky white. It should be added to the pulp slurry followed by alum solution / PAC for proper mixing and uniform distribution. It is recommended to optimize the dose level of "CON-TROL" SUPERSIZE-50 for the requirements depending upon furnish, mill's, operating conditions, final product etc. It is suggested to use a suitable metering pump for dosing "CON-TROL" SUPERSIZE-50 to get optimum results.

"CON-TROL" SUPERSIZE-50 possesse very good shelf life when stored in closed container in dry place protected from heat and moisture. However, it is recommended to use the product within 3 months from the date of its manufacture.

Being non-corrosive liquid "CON-TROL" SUPERSIZE-50 can be stored in M.S., HDPE, Polypropylene etc. made properly closed suitable containers.
