"CON-TROL" RICHSIZE-35 is a specially formulated rosin soap size available in ready to use form for internal sizing under acidic pH condition for various grades of papers.

"CON-TROL" RICHSIZE-35 results in formation of aluminium-resinate under acidic pH condition, achieved by use of aluminium compounds like alum, PAC etc. It is adorbed on the surface of fiber and helps to improve the hydrophobicity of paper. Specially developed other ingredients of the product "CON-TROL" RICHSIZE-35 provide the synergistic action to this phenomenon.

"CON-TROL" RICHSIZE-35 may be used as such or in diluted form up to ratio of 1:3 with water. Dilution ratio should be reduced in case dilute solution turns milky white. It should be added to the pulp slurry followed by alum solution / PAC for proper mixing and uniform distribution. It is recommended to optimize the dose level of "CON-TROL" RICHSIZE-35 for the requirement depending upon furnish, mill's operating condition, final product etc. To get opitimum results, it is advised to dose "CON-TROL" RICHSIZE-35 by a suitable metering pump.

The producthas very good shelf life when stored in closed container in dry area away from heat and moisture. However, it is suggested to use the product within 3 months from the date of its manufacture.

"CON-TROL" RICHSIZE-35 is a non-corrosive liquid and can be stored in properly closed suitable containers made of M.S., HDPE, Polypropylene etc.
