‘STICKIES’ – to every paper maker has given sleepless night, a nightmare creating a breach to the breach to the process. Machine down time and immobilization of mill have been a matter of concern for almost all the paper makers mainly for the reasons of STICKIES. Such deposits are generated by way of Repulping, Deinking of Waste Paper, Repulping of Broke, Pitch formation in Pulping of Resinous wood and Tropical Climatic conditions etc. Realizing all technical aspects, our product, “CON-TROL” SC – ‘2001’ will be effective to rid off such a barrier and process breach. The product formulated is a blend of penetrant, dispersant, solvent and quatemary ammonium polymer for exclusive use in Pulp and Paper Mills, effective on wide pH range. The process undergoes a condition of cleansing of the machine Wet Felts an are also compatible for neutral, acidic and alkaline systems.

“CON-TROL” SC – ‘2001’ is stable and effective in neutral, acidic and alkaline systems. It can be used directly in Blending/mixing chest preferably before refining to ensure control of various types of deposits. The product is a combination of active substances to render required effects such as: - Dispersing Effect - Encapsulating Effect - Creep Effect

“CON-TROL” SC ‘2001’ ensures enhanced operating efficiency, improved productivity of the Paper Machine. It also ensures to up keep Press Felts, Dryers Screens/felts and Dryers cleaner which ultimately results to better quality and runability of Paper Machine. In re-pulping application it provides an easier and faster re-pulping ensuing better efficient dispersion of inks, coatings and adhesives, quicker removal of extraneous materials on deckers and screens. The application also ensures for press section and drying section for:
- Improvement of release behaviour of the paper of the paper web.
- Minimizing of contamination on the doctor blade.
- Reduction of Dirt/Stickies on Dryer Cylinder/M.G. Surfaces.
The total dosage quantity should usually be between 200-400 gms per Ton of paper depending on furnace and water quality. For optimum results ensure dilution in the ratio of 1:2. For obtaining better results additional dosages in Hydro Pulper can also be administered which will ensure prevention of Stickies/ Pitch formation. It will also ensure prevention of any kind of SLIM growth in the system.

The product has a long-standing shelf life. It needs to be stored in a covered, dry area and under no circumstances exposed to direct sunlight.

Chemical will not be effective to prevent stickies generated due to presence of Plastic, Rubber, Thermocole etc. In our endeavour to improve the product, above specifications are subject to chage withour prior intimation.
